Beauty is not caused. It is. - Emily Dickinson

Beauty is all about what is within yourself. Beauty is not a size. It is not a certain look. It is not symmetrical. It is not something that others can define for you.
Beauty is the willingness to show all that you are to the world, without doubts or worries.
Beauty is having the ability to stand strong despite the daily pressures that society places on you.
Beauty is believing in yourself.

Today as I was watching The Oprah Show I heard guest Jessica Simpson speaking about the media's bombardment in her personal life, specifically her fluctuating weight. She is a size 4, and the media called her fat. I don't care what size you are, because it does not define who you are. Size is only a number. What matters is that people start realizing that they are beautiful despite what the media says is the "right" or the "perfect" size. No such thing exists.

No matter what color your skin is, what size you are, what age you are, what hair color you have...you are beautiful as long as you are willing to believe in yourself.

These women are beautiful, because they have the confidence to be who they are despite society's pressures.

These are women to admire.

Advice of the day: Stop worrying about what others think about you. You are beautiful, and to see it all you have to do is believe in yourself.

What do you think about beauty?
